In this functional full-body workout, several muscle groups are trained. We start with a warm-up and prepare our muscles for the training. The entire body is strengthened with targeted strength exercises. We only use our own body weight. All exercises for the abdomen, legs, buttocks, arms, shoulders and back are performed without equipment or aids. At the end we relax with a cool down. This offer is aimed particularly at beginners. What you will need for the course: - A mat - Comfortable sportswear - Comfortable sports shoes - Water to drink
Rebooking & Termination
If you can't keep the appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. We can then make an alternative appointment. A repayment / reimbursement of the course fees is not possible.
